First time weighing myself in a while. Last time I checked I came in at around 164lb and that was during a time I was lacking with my macros and meals due to personal life events (sh*t happens lol) Making me slightly weaker, losing some muscle mass as well. Past couple of weeks I been getting in my macros consistently and now it’s back at 171-172lb. This is why hitting your daily macros is important. Not hitting your macros for one day won’t throw your progress off, but if you keep it that way constantly you’ll slowly start to see your progress dwindle kind of like I did. Moral of this post; it’s what you do habitually that counts💪🏽
