Another murderous leg day ☠️🖤 Also did hip thrusts at 245 lbs, leg presses with 115 lbs on each side, banded hip thrusts + fire hydrants, and ended with sprints 😅🤪☠️☠️☠️☠️ The last two weeks of this program is definitely trying to kill me, but I’m also loving that haha. Happy Friday!
